Who's a veteran

To find out if your patient may be eligible for DVA support and/or services, ask them if they have ever served in the defence forces.

Transition to civilian life

The transition journey of a veteran and their family from the ADF to civilian life can be a challenging period. It’s important to provide prompt, responsive support to assist them in maintaining their wellbeing and to enable their access to healthcare and other entitlements.
