Interpreter service

If you need an interpreter, the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) can help you call us.

You can call TIS on 131 450 or visit the TIS website.

National Relay Service

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty, please contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS) by: 

  • Contacting your preferred NRS call channel detailed on NRS call numbers and links 
  • Then, provide the NRS with our phone number 1800 838 372
