Seeking people to help test DVA website navigation

DVA is working to enhance its website, so it is accessible, easy to use and better serves the veteran community.

We invite users of the DVA website to take part in an online task with activities and questions around website navigation. 

This online task will help us understand if the proposed changes to our website navigation properly meet the needs and expectations of people who visit the DVA website.

There is a set of introduction questions to help us find users with specific profiles suited to this study. The tasks are not all specific to your circumstances, however we are interested in how you think you would navigate to complete each task. The full online task will take around 15 to 20 minutes – and may be less, based on your answers.

You are not asked to disclose any personal information, and your testing activity submission will be anonymous.
