It’s also easy in a busy world to make changes to your bank accounts, or move house, and forget to let DVA know.
If you fall into one of the following categories then DVA needs your bank account and address details to ensure we’re making the correct payments:
- the holder of a Veteran Gold Card
- the holder of a DVA Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- the recipient of Permanent Impairment compensation under MRCA or DRCA, or
- the holder of a Veteran White Card.
To make sure your details are up to date, log into MyService or call DVA on 1800 VETERAN (1800 838 372)
