Are your bank details up to date?
Did you know White Card holders may be eligible for financial supplements?
In the past, DVA has not recorded bank details when issuing White Cards. The Department is working to ensure all client details are complete and up to date.
We encourage all DVA White Card clients to log into MyService and update their details.
MyService can also be linked via myGov accounts.
Once new bank details are recorded in MyService, any eligible financial supplements will be automatically calculated and generated.
