For vision impaired users, this page provides a text description of the diagram overview of programs offered by DVA and the Department of Health.

Overview

The diagram is portrait in orientation and shows the level of care provided by DVA and the Department of Health, including Entry Level Care, High Level Care and Short Term and Episodic care.

The diagram's broad structure comprises three large boxes.

Box 1 is the largest. It is rectangular in shape and vertical in orientation. It sits on the left side of the page.

Boxes 2 and 3 are smaller than Box 1. They are square in shape. Box 2 sits on top of Box 3.

The three boxes are not connected.

Box 1

Box 1 is titled ‘Entry Level Care’. On the left side of Box 1 are two small squares, one on top of the other. They are not connected. In the uppermost square is written DVA. In the square underneath is written Department of Health. These two squares are connected by arrows moving from left to right, to each Department’s available programs. The DVA square is linked to five other squares on the right side of Box 1. Each square includes a separate DVA program. The Department of Health square is linked to one other square on the right side of Box 1 which includes one available program.

Box 2

Box 2 is titled ‘High Level Care’. It is on the upper right side of the page, to the right of Box 1 and above Box 3. Underneath the title, on the left hand side, is a small square. In the square is written Department of Health. To the right of this square is an arrow, moving from left to right, to two other squares on the right side of Box 2. These squares include the two available programs offered by the Department of Health.

Box 3

Box 3 is titled ‘Short Term and Episodic Care’. Box three lies to the right of Box 1 and underneath Box 2. Underneath the title, on the left hand side, is a small square. In the square is written Department of Health. To the right of this square is an arrow, moving from left to right, to two other squares on the right side of Box 2. These squares include the two available programs offered by the Department of Health.
