Together with the Older Persons Advocacy Network, we are hosting the first of eight free interactive educational webinars to inform health professionals, community workers, and veterans and their families about the services that are available.
Veterans and their families often turn to people they trust for information. With this in mind, we are keen to share information about support services and programs, and how easy it is to access these services.

Webinar 8: Coordinated Veterans’ Care (CVC) Program
By watching this webinar, you will learn:
- what the DVA Coordinated Veterans’ care Program is, including how to access it
- who provides the services and care under the Coordinated Veterans’ Care Program
On 1 July 2021, the CVC program expanded to include Veteran White Card Holders who have a mental health condition which DVA has accepted as being related to their military service (accepted condition). This expansion allows eligible veterans to participate in the CVC Program with their GP and practice nurses enabling them to access better support through improved health literacy and self-management of their condition/s.
