Video transcript - How to add your Veteran Card to the myGov wallet
DVA clients can add their Veteran Card to the myGov app for convenient, digital access.
Here's how you do it.
The myGov app is the official Australian Government app for myGov.
The myGov wallet is a feature of the app where people can securely store some government digital cards and certificates.
If you have linked MyService to your myGov account, this includes your Veteran Card.
To add your Veteran Card, open the myGov app.
Go to Wallet on the home screen.
Select the Plus at the top to add a new card to your wallet. Then select the card you would like to add. (MyService must be linked to myGov for card to be added)
Confirm consent for using the myGov wallet.
Your card is now digitally available through the myGov app!
You can now use this card as you would your physical card, with the added convenience of having your Government cards digitally accessible and verifiable in the one place.
